Devastating complications include Charcot neuroarthropathy and insensate hands and feet. We present the case of an 81-year-old female with rheumatoid arthritis and 50 years of polar lepromatous leprosy who suffered from bilateral collapsed arches, flat feet, and bone deformities of Charcot feet.</p>
