A 50-year-old man presented with loss of weight, appetite and fever, weakness and malaise. The patient was a known case of lepromatous leprosy (LL) diagnosed clinically and histopathologically, a year back, completed treatment and now presenting with recurrent episodes of high-grade fever with lymphadenopathy. He was clinically diagnosed as having erythema nodosum leprosum and was started on steroids.
