In Hansen’s disease-specific and non-specific bone alterations can be found. They are more frequently found in the virchowian forms. This chapter presents the mechanisms of bone damage, the most frequent bone lesions, and the clinical types according to location and their consequences. The alterations most frequently found are in the hands, feet, and facial bones, culminating in the rhinomaxillary syndrome.
