Leprosy is a rare disease that we are not familiar with. We report a case of lepromatous leprosy that was mainly presented with nasal symptom. A 57-year old male complained of chronic nasal obstruction and repeated epistaxis. Nasal endoscopic examination revealed crusts on both inferior turbinates and narrow both nasal cavities. A small ulcerative lesion was found on the uvula. Biopsy samples taken from these sites showed massive infiltration of foamy histiocytes containing numerous acid-fast bacilli. The patient was referred to the dermatologist and treated with oral medication.
