The patient was a known case of lepromatous leprosy (LL) diagnosed clinically and histopathologically, a year back, completed treatment and now presenting with recurrent episodes of high-grade fever with lymphadenopathy. He was clinically diagnosed as having erythema nodosum leprosum and was started on steroids.</p>  a1365-2303
