Coexistence of other immunologically diverse forms of&nbsp;<a>leprosy</a>&nbsp;in histoid end of spectrum is very rare. We&nbsp;<a>report</a>&nbsp;a rare case of histoid&nbsp;<a>leprosy</a>&nbsp;on multi-<a>drug therapy</a>&nbsp;for last 7 months shifting to&nbsp;<a>borderline tuberculoid</a>&nbsp;spectrum in type 1 reaction or Wade’s&nbsp;<a>contamination</a>, spectral shift</p>
