Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) syndrome is an uncommon systemic adverse drug reaction of dapsone. It is characterised by morbilliform exanthema, fever, peripheral blood eosinophilia and deranged liver enzymes. We report an interesting case of dapsone induced DRESS syndrome sparing the hypopigmented patches of leprosy.
