Its diverse clinical and histopathological manifestations depend on the reaction host-parasite, that is to say, they depend on the allergo-immunology processes which determine the resistance of the patient to the Mycobacterium Leprae aggression. It is presented a case of Leprosy, Borderline with the aim of alerting the specialists about its existence and the importance of realizing an early diagnosis which will avoid the complications and disabilities of the affected patients.
