Project management handbook : a working tool for project managers

Novartis Foundation project managers and partner organizations are the primary target audience of this handbook. Project managers of other organizations that support the implementation of health and other development interventions are the secondary target audience. This handbook is considered a working tool rather than a policy or strategic document. The handbook is structured according to the five phases of the project cycle.
