ASHA. Stories of leprosy and hope

Documentary that shows the experience of Indian women who have overcome the disease and its stigma. The film, directed by the Valencian filmmaker Alberto Pla and financed by the Generalitat Valenciana, gathers the testimonies of several women who have suffered from leprosy in India, as well as demonstrates the work of prevention, treatment, support and social and labor insertion developed by Fontilles in the Asian country.
