Presentation on Capacity Development

The presentation is about capacity building as part of improving the quality of care provided to leprosy patients. The capacity to diagnose and manage leprosy is rapidly disappearing. The need for capacity building is most pressing in the field, in the clinical points of care, but also at more central managerial levels. The presentation provides a simple analysis of the contributing causes of the lack of capacity to care for leprosy patients and provides suggestions for improvement.
